Our contracts tend to be 3-month or 6-month basis however, we can be flexible if these terms do not suit you!

We have an enquiry button on our website that will allow you to enquire via a form. Or you can give us a call or email us. Once we’ve confirmed your booking, you’re all good to go and we ask that you pay in advance by BACS.

Booking in advance is essential, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

Our building is accessible 24/7 for tenants and from 9am – 4pm, Monday – Thursday and 9am – 3pm on Fridays there will always be someone from the Fuse team in the office for Meeting Room bookings and tours.

Yes, with certain spaces allocated to the suites along with further spaces available on a first come basis. In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces available within walking distance.
