This is just a quick note of thanks for accommodating me today. It has been a complete godsend. Some of the great points are: the Wi-Fi was strong and stable, background noise was fairly minimal, the acoustics of the room were good (no echoes etc.), it was great having a coffee station next to me, everything looks clean and professional, even the views over Chepstow/Wye Valley were great for keeping a positive frame of mind.

Really useful place to go and get work done in a relaxing yet professional atmosphere. The staff are ready to help with any concerns and all have a friendly and open disposition. Many nice personal touches; an upgrade from the days in old impersonal office spaces.
